For the month of November we raised money to adopt a child through Family Care in Braidwood.  We will take the money that was collected, pick a preschool age child that is in need, and shop for that child with the list given to Family Care.  Be on the lookout for what we purchased for this child.  Thank you for helping make this Christmas special!
For the month of December we are going to be collecting money for The Salvation Army.  Once collected this money will be sent directly to them.
A Few Reminders
We will be doing a coat, hat, and mitten drive here at Preschool.  If you have any gently used coats, mittens, or hats, please start saving them.  There is a mitten tree and donation box near the back hallway.  These will be given to needy families in our area!
Thank you to everyone who purchased and sold Tastefully Simple for our fundraiser!  We raised around $300.  With that money, we purchased several new toys and games for our classroom from Lakeshore!
Scholastic Book orders are due on December 10th so that they will be here in time for the holiday and Christmas Break.
There is one Avon order for the month of December.  If you are interested in ordering any of the great products, please see Mrs. Simonelli.  This order will also be here by Christmas as well.

God’s blessings to each of you and your families during this wonderful Christmas Season.  Have a peaceful Christmas break… see you in the new year!

Chapel will begin the second week of school.  The first week we are focusing on getting the kids comfortable here at preschool and used to the routines.
